WELCOME CHURCH

About Us

Welcome Church Berlin is open to all people from all walks of life. Whatever thoughts or questions you may have about God and church, we hope you feel comfortable to join us, and discover more about God’s love for you.

01

Bible Based

We are rooted in the Bible as God’s living Word, shaping what we believe, how we live, and how we follow Jesus today.

02

Grace Filled

We are a grace-filled community where everyone is welcome, and where lives are continually transformed by the love of Jesus.

03

Spirit Empowered

We depend on the Holy Spirit to move among us with power—guiding us, filling us, and releasing spiritual gifts for everyday life and mission.

04

City Impacting

We carry God’s love into the heart of Berlin, believing the gospel brings renewal to individuals, communities, and the city itself.

SERVICES

Sundays
11:00 - 12:30

Luisenstraße 39, 10117 Berlin

We gather to worship God with freedom, making room for His presence and for Him to speak to us. We hear from God’s Word, building our lives on it, and being changed by it.

We also run an engaging kids’ program for ages 5-10, designed to help them grow in faith and learn about God together.

After the service, we take time to connect as family, getting to know each other over refreshments or praying for one another.

OUR VISION

A GLORIOUS CHURCH THAT REVEALS KING JESUS TO
BEAUTIFUL BERLIN

Questions?

  • Our heart is for the whole city, reaching Germans and internationals. We speak primarily in English with some services being translated and available in both languages.

  • Yes, feel free just to come along. If you want, you can let us know in advance, so that we can look out for you on arrival and inform you of any changes to our regular services.

  • We love singing and celebrating who God is, what He has done and is doing, so we start with a time of singing worship songs. The Bible teaches us to expect that God will speak through His Holy Spirit to various people in the congregation for the good of everyone there, so we make space for this to happen.

Children stay in the service for the first few songs, and then those aged 5-10 head out to their own activities with the leader. We use a dedicated space just down the corridor from the main meeting room, so parents are always close by if needed.

We then have a time of hearing from God's word through bible teaching from one of our leaders. We love learning and hearing God's word encourage and equip us for all parts of life.

  • Our services start at 11:00 and are typically 90 minutes long. Afterwards, we chat, connect and can pray with one another over refreshments in a relaxed environment.

  • Friedrichstraße S-Bahn is only a 10 minute walk from the building. Bus No. 147 also stops nearby as well.

If you are driving, there is parking on the street right outside of Campus Hub, so you only need to walk a few steps to get inside.

Welcome Groups

And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.

Hebrews 10:24-25

01

Midweek Groups

We gather each week in smaller groups in different parts of the city to encourage one another, study the bible and pray together.

02

Our Story

God spoke to our family of churches - New Ground, part of the wider Newfrontiers network - and to us, as a church community about playing our part in being a blessing to Berlin. We started as a group of people, in a living room in Mitte and have continued to grow. We are currently meeting on Sunday mornings at Campus Hub in Mitte, near S-Bahn Friedrichstraße.

Our group is diverse, made up of local and international, people of different ages, various stages of life and multiple cultural backgrounds. We believe the gospel of Jesus is good news for all of us!
